Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing a physical game online, you generally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period, starting on the day after you or a third party designated by you receives the product. You do not need to provide a reason.

You can withdraw from your agreement online through our “Withdraw from Agreement” page. After submitting your request, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing the details, date and time of your notification.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another fourteen days to return the product to:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. Please use appropriate packaging and retain proof of postage.

You may inspect the product as you would be permitted to do in a physical store. You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, Nooré Studio will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method and without additional charges. Nooré Studio may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until you provide evidence that you have returned it, whichever occurs first. For partial returns, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Complaints and Statutory Guarantee

A product must meet the standards that you may reasonably expect under normal use. In the Netherlands, the statutory guarantee does not have a fixed standard duration.

If a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@timefortaqwa.com. Include your order number, describe the problem and, where helpful, attach photographs. Nooré Studio will provide an appropriate statutory remedy within a reasonable period and free of charge, such as repair or replacement. If this is not possible or reasonable, a price reduction or termination of the agreement and a refund may be appropriate.

These guarantee rights are separate from the right of withdrawal. Nooré Studio aims to provide a substantive response to complaints within five working days. Submitting a complaint does not limit your statutory rights.
