General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to sales by Nooré Studio to consumers through timefortaqwa.com.
Product characteristics, the total price, taxes, shipping costs, payment methods and expected delivery time are displayed before the order is placed.
The agreement is concluded after the customer confirms the order with an obligation to pay and Nooré Studio electronically confirms the order.
Payment can be made using the methods offered at checkout, including iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro and Apple Pay. The payment methods actually available may vary depending on the device used.
Delivery currently takes place exclusively within the Netherlands, to the address provided by the customer. The expected delivery time is within five working days after successful payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the product.
The statutory right of withdrawal, the return and refund policy and the statutory guarantee apply as described in the relevant policies and are not limited by these terms and conditions.
Nooré Studio is not liable for damage that cannot be attributed to Nooré Studio. Statutory liability, mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
The agreement is governed by Dutch law. This choice of law does not deprive the consumer of any mandatory protection applicable under relevant law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court.
These terms and conditions are made available before an order is placed in a format that the customer can save. In the event of any conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails.

Shopify Platform

The online store and checkout are technically provided by Shopify. Shopify processes data when visitors use the online store and make purchases, including for the purpose of providing the online store, payments, security and enhanced services.
